seriously dont feel like posting abt the trip..cos it take too freaking long for me to type all my thoughts out =X
but anyway,it was quite interesting..a whole new experience heh.
after this trip i think i need to go train more
next trip i swear i'm not going to get any more muscle cramps again =)
